The invention describes an assembly which consists of a device which has the ability to accept DC electrode electric welding beaks of various types and, through the control board, to synchronize their simultaneous operation as well as to isolate their operations separately; of a mechanism which has the ability to drive the beaks simultaneously, parallel to the x, y and z axes and through a mechanical or electrical or electronic copying and tracing mechanism, it can copy any desired movement and at the same time transfer it to the electric welding beaks; of a bank of electrically driven sockets for attachments for reconditioning which has the ability to accept a group or groups of similar attachments for reconditioning and to turn them, place them horizontally and introduce them into the apparatus for reconditioning; of an arrangement for leading away smoke and heat generated by the reconditioning process; of an encircling shield for radiation and heat from the electric arc; of a glass panel for absorbing the radiation of the electric arc; of a control board for the copying apparatus and the electrically driven bank of sockets for the reconditioning attachments; of an autonomous electric crane for lifting attachments for reconditioning. All the above operations result in the ability of the assembly to recondition more than one similar attachment at the same time, operating simultaneously direct current electrode electric welding apparatus according to the number of attachments. |
