These solutions contain, as their active substances, paracetamol and combinations of paracetamol with the spasmolytic agent, hyoscine-N-butylbromide and with the antidote to poisoning from an overdose of paracetamol, N- acetylcysteine, where the solvent medium in all cases is ethanol, water twice distilled and sterilized and GLYCEROL FORMAL in a proportion of 10, 40 and 50% by volume. The solutions also contain LIDOCAINE as a local anaesthetic and DISODIUM EDETATE, SODIUM METABISULPHITE and SODIUM DIBASIC PHOSPHATE, substances which ensure the stability of the solutions and maintain their pH within the desired limits of 5.0 - 6.5. |
