PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water electrolytic cell clamping device by which a clamping operation is facilitated when water electrolytic cells are clamped and joined together when a clamping force is diminished, with the clamping forces well-balanced and capable of uniform clamping. SOLUTION: A fixing member 30 capable of being freely detachably fixed to plural clamping members clamping the end plates of a water electrolytic cell is provided, further a presser member 40 capable of pressing the end plate is furnished to form a gap between the end plate and a nut constituting the clamping member, and the clamping member, i.e., a nut, is tightened by this clamping device. |
