The conveyor has a straight or curved transport surface for the boxes which lies horizontally or slopes down towards the end of the conveyor. The transport surface is formed from parallel roller bars (38) extending in the length direction. At least one partition strip (42) lies parallel to the roller bars and can be moved sideways. The partition strip position can be altered independently of the roller bars.
