The holder (10) includes a sleeve (12), a cap (14) and a knob (16). The sleeve may be a fork with two legs (18,20), one of which may have a spike (22) to prevent the sleeve coming out of its hole in the seat's backrest. This leg may also have a positioning rib (24) to hold the sleeve in the correct position in the hole. The other leg may have a side rib (26) to secure the sleeve in the hole. The cap clips on the top of the sleeve by means of spikes (28) engaging outwards through holes (30) in the sleeve.
