The invention relates to the field of reprocessing motor vehicle tyres including tyres reinforced with metal elements and can be used for separating and crushing rubber obtained mainly from used tyres. The system comprises a hydraulic press with a packing plunger, two containers, two dies with transverse apertures and two devices for loading tyres into the high-pressure containers. The system is provided with a moving carriage for moving the containers and a base unit with guide elements. The carriage with containers and dies can slide along the guide elements under the action of the hydraulic cylinder. The system is completed by two hydraulic cylinders for forcing the containers onto the dies, a device for removing rubber cord residues, and a system comprising toothed wheels, a drive dog and supports for turning the dies.
