Powder-coating sprayer

The sprayer has a cabin (2) where the objects (4) to be coated are hung and which has a powder outlet (8) for the overspray. A flow changeover device (30) can selectively connect this outlet with one of two flow inlets (14,20) joined to separate powder containers (10,12) located outside the cabin. The changeover device has valves (60) to form the connection between the outlet and one inlet whilst automatically closing the connection to the other inlet. Outside the cabin are positioners (48) for these valves. They are coordinated in action with the changeover device using a control unit (82). The flow inlets are joined to the containers by pipes.
