<p>When a vehicle is in a braking state, an oscillating device such as a pump (40) applies oscillation to a seal member (105) in a wheel cylinder. In detail, oscillation is applied to the seal member (105) via brake fluid due to brake fluid pressure pulsation caused by pumping operation of the pump (40). As a result, since the seal member (105) has a kinetic friction characteristic, a responsiveness from supplying brake fluid to the wheel cylinder to the movement of the piston (102) disposed in the wheel cylinder can be improved.
