The present invention is novelty use art preventing of fuel oil spouting which causes a spray fire in an engine room of a ship, that is an extremely restricted place. A laminated material using this art,for preventing of fuel oil spouting which causes a spray fire in an engine room of a ship which comprises,a base layer made of a fabric selected from the group consisting of a woven fabric of natural fibers whose heat resistance is equal to or more than 130 DEG C ,a woven fabric of synthetic fibers whose heat resistance is equal to or more than 130 DEG C , a nonwoven fabric of natural fibers whose heat resistance is equal to or more than 130 DEG C , a nonwoven fabric of synthetic fibers whose heat resistance is equal to or more than 130 DEG C , a woven fabric of carbon fibers, a nonwoven fabric of carbon fibers, a woven fabric of glass fibers, and a nonwoven fabric of glass fibers, and an aluminum foil which is bonded to each surfaces of said base layer.
