The tool for processing an upper face of a pellet in a fuse safely-charging device is constructed by forming at least three cutting edges in a lower part of a rod in an equal angle of radial lines from its central line under a maintenance of a height deviation between opposite edges, the edges being formed without a rake angle therein, whereby standardizing a processing method and a processing extent in a polishing condition through a standardization for a specification of an end-mill, stabilizing a life of tools and improving a quality of a pellet and a safely charging device.
