In a panel device with mechanically manoeuvrable control and adjustment parts on the front side, at least part of the panel comprises a transparent material (2, 4, 6) containing an electrically conductive circuit and components for connecting push buttons (8) and knobs (10) for eg. potentiometer, coupler or impulse transmitter, which are located in and controlled from the front of the panel, via a contact switch or flat cable power connection panel (12), with electrical equipment in the device. At least part of the panel is placed in front of a television screen, display screen or pressure-sensitive substrate. The transparent material is preferably perspex.
