The sealing structure of an instrument control box comprises; an one side member having edge surface where parallel protrusions are formed, on an outside peripheral surface thereof; an other side member having edge surface where protrusions are movably inserted on a rough intermediate portion of the parallel protrusions, on an outside peripheral surface thereof; a sealing means for sealing the gap between the edge surfaces of the one side member and the other side member; and a coupling means for coupling the one side member and the other side member. The sealing means is formed by an adhesive sealing material and when inserted between the parallel protrusions of the edge surface of the one side member, has an overlapping portion of a starting end from which thickness is gradually thick and a terminating end which is gradually thin on the position of the starting end.
