New complexes of palladium (II) with diethylic pyridilo-methylo-phosphonian with the formula I, where L refers to diethylic 2-pirydilo-methylo-phosphonian or diethylic 3-pirydilo-methylo-phosphonian, or diethylic 4-pirydilo-methylo-phosphonian. 2. Method of obtaining new complexes of palladium (II) with diethylic pyridilo-methylo-phosphonian with the formula I, where L refers to diethylic 2-pirydilo-methylo-phosphonian or diethylic 3-pirydilo-methylo-phosphonian, or diethylic 4-pirydilo-methylo-phosphonian. Characterized in that: Diethylic pyridilo-methylo-phosphonian reacts with palladium chloride in the environment of an organic solvent, at the temperature of 20-70 degrees C for the period of 2-36 h. Then, the mixture is filtrated and cooled down to -5 degrees C and the obtained residue is rinsed and dried. 4. Method of obtaining new complexes of palladium (II) with diethylic pyridilo-methylo-phosphonian with the formula I, where L refers to diethylic 2-pirydilo-methylo-phosphonian or diethylic 3-pirydilo-methylo-phosphonian, or diethylic 4-pirydilo-methylo-phosphonian. Characterized in that: Diethylic pyridilo-methylo-phosphonian reacts with dipotassic tetra-chloro-palladite in the environment of an organic solvent, at the temperature of 20-70 degrees C for the period of 2-36 h. Then, the mixture is filtrated and cooled down to -5 degrees C and the obtained residue is rinsed and dried.
