<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain treated water high in perspective degree and having stable quality when raw water (waste water) is anaerobically treated and subsequently further subjected to post-treatment by aerobic treatment. SOLUTION: A conditioning tank 1 storing raw water, an anaerobic tank 2 receiving raw water from the conditioning tank to subject the same to anaerobic treatment, an activated sludge tank 3 receiving anaerobically treated water in the anaerobic tank to subject the same to aerobic treatment by activated sludge and the bypass water sending pipe LB connecting the conditioning tank and an activated sludge tank to bypass the anaerobic tank from the conditioning tank to introduce raw water into the activated sludge tank are provided. Anaerobically treated water is introduced into the activated sludge tank 3 from the anaerobic tank and raw water is allowed to bypass the anaerobic tank to be introduced into the activated sludge tank from the conditioning tank 1 and the sludge load in the activated sludge tank is adjusted to 0.1-0.15 kgBOD/kgMLVSS.day to perform the aerobic treatment of the introduced anaerobically treated water and raw water.</p> |
