SOLUTION: When an electric motorcycle is detected to be in a startable stop state by a state detecting means (speed sensor 9) for detecting the state of the electric motorcycle, a state informing means 12 (informing device 12A and vibration generating device 12B) is driven and controlled by a control device S. A driver is thereby informed of the state of the motorcycle sensibly through the sense of hearing and the sense of touch and can pay attention so as not to perform careless throttle operation or the like. |
