PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument capable of opening an anus to a specified diameter. SOLUTION: An anus opener 10 consists of following parts; a circular cone part 14, a picking part 16 that is integrated with the circular cone part 14, and a pair of semi-cylinders 18a and 18b. The mentioned pair of semi-cylinders 18a and 18b are inserted into an anus with the mentioned circular cone part 14, and then the picking part 16 and the circular cone part 14 are withdrawn from the pair of the semi-cylinders. Thus, after opening and maintaining the anus to a specified diameter with the pair of the semi-cylinders, the semi- cylinders 18a and 18b are to be drawn out from the anus. |
