Oxazolyl derivatives of formula where -A1=A2-A3 =A4 - represents a bivalent radical having the formula -CH=CH-CH=CH- (a-1), -N=CH-CH=CH- (a-2), -CH=N-CH=CH- (a-3), -CH=CH-N=CH- (a-4), -CH=CH-CH=N- (a-5), -N=CH-N=CH- (a-6) or -CH=N-CH=N- (a-7); R represents hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl; R1 represents hydrogen C1-6 alkyl or hydroxy C1-6 alkyl; m is 1 or2; d represents C1-4 alkanediyl; B represents NR2, CH2, O, SO S, or OS2; R2 is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl; n is 0, 1 or 2; L represents hydrogen; C1-12 alkyl;, C3-6 cycloalkyl; C3-6 alkenyl optionally substituted with aryl; C1-6 alkylcarbonye; C1-6 alkylocarbonyl; arylcarbonyl; aryl C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl or a radical of formula -Alk-R3 (b-1); -Alk-Y-R4 (b-2); -Alk-Z1-C(=X)-Z2-R5 (b-3) or -CH2-CHOH-CH2-O-R6 (b-4), their pharmaceutically acceptible acid addition salts and stereochemically izomeric forms thereof having antiallergic properties. Compositions containing these compounds and methods of treating of warm-blooded animals suffering from allergic diseases.
