PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to surely form parts softer than others in required positions by forming the soft parts of foams having skin layers on the surfaces and forming a main body part of a foam which is expansion molded on the main body part side surfaces of the soft parts and is adhered to the soft parts. SOLUTION: This cushion body 10 for an automotive seat is constituted by integrally forming the soft parts 12 sufficiently softer than the main body part 11 in the required parts of the surface of the main body part 11 formed to the prescribed seat cushion shape. The main body part 11 is formed of a foamed urethane resin to form the shape of the cushion body for the seat. The soft parts 12 are formed of the foams softer than the main body part 11 and skin layers 14 are formed on their surfaces. The soft parts 12 are disposed in the required parts of the surface of the main body part 11, i.e., the parts where the feel softer than the other parts of the cushion body 10 is imparted; for example, the central part of the back rest. |
