PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a diversity effect without a communication signal processor by exchanging a signal after selecting a signal by a packet signal selecting device even at the time of communication mutually between mobile equipment. SOLUTION: A packet signal inputted from an input terminal 103 is stored in a signal storing part 101 by way of a switching device 104. After then, the switching device 104 switches the input destination of the packet signal to a signal storing part 102. A judging device 105 compares judging information in the packet signals stored in the signal storing parts 101 and 102 every fixed time. When a packet signal stored in the signal storing part 101 is selected by judging information, the juding device 105 outputs the packet signal to an output terminal 106 and erases the packet signals stored in the signal storing parts 101 and 102.
