PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the imbalance of supplying air caused by the variation of the pressure of outer atmosphere by taking in the air inside an air supplying space from an air supplying hole arranged oh a ceiling, sucking the air through a sucking hole arranged to a dirty zone and forced exhausting the air to the outside through an exhaust duct. SOLUTION: An air supplying space 12 that is formed on the back side of a ceiling 11 is formed on all back sides of the ceilings of the rooms of a building 1 and at any part of the building 1, the fresh air can be taken in to the inside of a room from the inside of the air supplying space 12 by arranging an air supplying grill 14. When a central exhaust fan 7 is driven, at first the pressure of the dirty zone is turned negative, and then the pressure of a living room 2, bed rooms 3 and the air supplying space on the back side of the ceiling 12 are turned negative in sequence. As the result of this, the outer air flows in sequence of the air supplying duct 13→the air supplying space 12→the air supplying grill 14→the living room 2 and the bed rooms 3→a connecting hole 10→the dirty zone 4→the exhaust sucking hole 5→the central exhaust fan, the exhaust duct 7 and 8→an exhaust top 8 and the inside of whole building is ventilated.
