PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inexpensive molding without generating thickness irregularity or weld inferiority by allowing a resin supply means to communicate with a mold for a small part performing contact and separation operation simultaneously with the contact and separation operation of a fixed mold and a movable mold for an interior material main body to supply a resin to both molds. SOLUTION: A lower mold molding surface 6 is formed on the upper surface of the lower mold 5 of the door trim main body arranged on a lower mold connection plate 4 and the upper mold molding surface 8 capable of being fitted to the molding surface 6 is formed to the rear surface of an upper mold 7 and, when both molding surfaces 6, 8 are fitted, a molding cavity is formed between them. A lower mold 7 for a small part is provided to the lower mold connection plate 4 and an upper mold 13 corresponding to the lower mold 11 is provided to the same connection plate 9 as the upper mold 7 of the main body and a gate 16 is opened for supply a molten resin is opened to the molding surface 6 of the lower mold 5 of the mold for the main body and a gate 17 is opened to the molding surface 12 of the lower mold 11 of the mold for the small part in the same way. These gates 16, 17 are provided to the downstream ends of branch passages 18, 19 for supply the resin to be gathered to a gathering passage 20 to be connected to a resin extruder 21. Therefore, the thickness irregularity or weld inferiority of an interior material is eliminated and color matching work can be made easy. |
