PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer piezoelectric device having strong adhesion between piezoelectric material layers, preventing the piezoelectric material layer and an inner electrode layer from pealing off and having good mechanical strength. SOLUTION: A multilayer piezoelectric device 1 is formed by alternately providing piezoelectric material layers 2 made of piezoelectric ceramic and inner electrode layers 3 made of conductive material. The internal electrode layer 3 is provided by printing conductive material paste on the piezoelectric material layer 2. The internal electrode layer 3 has an electrode portion 3a (printed portion) continuously forming internal electrodes on the surface and a non-electrode portion 3b (non-printed portion) serving as a gap on the surface. The internal electrode layer 3 connects piezoelectric material layers 2, 2 putting the internal electrode layer 3 therebetween to each other through the non- electrode portion 3b. |
