PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polyolefin-containing fiber, comprising a specific polysiloxane, excellent in hydrophobicity and processability and useful as a nonwoven fabric for sanitary goods, etc., such as a disposable diaper or an incontinence pad. SOLUTION: This internally lubricated fiber is obtained by blending (A) a polyolefin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, an ethylene-propylene copolymer or its mixture with (B) preferably <=10wt.% polysiloxane of the formula [X and Y are each a <=22C aliphatic group and its ether; (z) is 10-50 or above; R<1> and R<2> are each a <=22C aliphatic group or an arene] having 15000-450000 molecular weight.
