PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the stabilized stack property with a small number of part items by integrally providing a transfer paper extruding projection with a paper discharging roller freely to be elastically deformed in the radial direction so as to show the curl eliminating effect independently of the kind of transfer paper, and forming a paper discharging device, which can stack the paper sheet in order on a paper discharging tray, of a small number of part items so as to show the merit on cost, and using a static eliminating brush for eliminating the static electricity, which is stored in the transfer paper to be discharged, as a transfer paper extruding member. SOLUTION: In a paper discharging device for eliminating a curl of a transfer paper, to which a toner image is fixed, with the cooperation of a large diameter paper discharging roller 110 and two small diameter paper discharging rollers 111 112, which are made to pressure-contact with the peripheral surface of the paper discharging paper 110, arranged opposite to each other in both sides of a transfer paper carrying passage, plural elastic pieces 112b extended in the axial direction are arranged in the downstream side paper discharging roller in the circumferential direction, and while the tip of the elastic pieces are projected to the outer diameter direction from the peripheral surface of the paper discharging roller in ordinary time, and when the tip of the elastic pieces are pressurized by the peripheral surface of the paper discharging roller in a nip part with the paper discharging roller, the tip of the elastic pieces are moved backward to the inner diameter direction.
