A mixture of aliphatic polycaprolactone glycol 1.5-6.5 wt.parts of molecular weight 500-5,000, polyoxyethylene glycol 9.5-32.5 wt.parts of molecular weight 500-5,000, ethylene glycol 0.5-3.5 wt.parts, and isocyanate 7.0-18.5 wt.parts was reacted in a mixed solvent 45-80 wt.parts of dimethylformamide and methylethylketone at 75-85 deg.C to give the title polyurethane resin composition having a high moisture permeability.
