PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent not only the damage of a writing part at a time of the insertion of a writing utensil main body but also the clogging of a vent hole caused by the refuse on the surface papers bonded to the writing part and to sufficiently ensure respiration even when an infant swallows a cap by mistake. SOLUTION: An inner cap 3 and an outer cap 4 are connected so as to leave a gap 12 and the opening part of the vent hole formed so as to pierce the connection part 11 is opened to the end edge of the inner cap 3 in the diameter direction thereof so that the opening part of the vent hole 5 is not axially opened with respect to the writing part of the writing utensil main body even if the writing utensil main body is inserted. Therefore, since the damage of the writing part by the hooking thereof is prevented and the refuse on the surface of paper bonded to the writing part or the dust penetrating from the upper surfaces of the caps falls into the caps, the clogging of the opening part 6 can be prevented even if the outer cap 4 is not made long. Since the opening part 6 of the vent hole 5 can be expanded so as to have a sufficient air passage without lowering strength, the inner cap 3 is certainly held and the suffocation state caused by swallowing by mistake can be sufficiently avoided without restricting the degree of freedom from an aspect of a design. |
