METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INSPECTING APPEARANCE OF PRINTED BOARD UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatize re-inspection by view and to improve the automatization rate of inspection on the printed board unit by detecting the detection of the printed board unit to be inspected in an appearance inspection machine and inspecting a part judged to be the defect with the in-circuit tester of a moving probe-type. SOLUTION: The printed board unit 1, an appearance inspection execution part 14 executing inspection and judging propriety and an in-circuit test execution part 15 executing measurement and judging propriety are provided. The appearance inspection machine generates defect detection data on the printed board unit 1 in accordance with test data in a data file 11. Data obtained by extracting only data of parts number which are the same as those in defect detection data are generated. The in-circuit tester of the moving probe-type re-inspects parts on test data. Thus, the automatization rate of inspection on the printed board unit can be improved by automatizing re-inspection by view.
