PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the evaluation data on wind environment on the basis of wind tunnel test effectively and accurately. SOLUTION: A storage means 18 stores wind velocity data, upper wind velocity data, map data, measuring point data, actual data on wind velocity and wind direction, and allowable wind velocity data which are inputted through respective input means 4, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16. A means 19 for acquiring generation direction of wind velocity seeks the specified generation direction of upper wind velocity on the basis of the actual wind direction data, and a wind velocity ratio calculating means 21 calculates a wind velocity ratio by dividing the wind velocity by upper wind velocity in the respective upper wind velocities every measuring point according to the wind velocity data and upper wind velocity data. A computing means 20 calculates the wind velocity excess probability by using a specified equation according to the acutal data on wind direction and wind velocity, allowable wind velocity data, generation frequency of upper wind direction, and wind velocity ratio. On the basis of the obtained result, a means 26 for outputting wind velocity excess probability and a map output means 22 output a distribution diagram of wind velocity excess probability. |
