PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the diameter of the boss member flange of a magnetic generator with a clutch-outer. SOLUTION: A boss member 11 is inserted from outside into a boss member attaching opening in the bottom wall 21 of a yoke 20 and fixed by a buckling calking part to form a male faucet part 18 on the flange 12 of the boss member 11. A female faucet part 34 formed in a clutch-outer 31 is coupled with the male faucet part 18 of the boss member 11 by faucet-coupling and, further, a protrusion 25 provided on the bottom wall 21 of the yoke 20 is coupled with a recess 46 provided in the clutch-outer 31 which is fixed to the bottom wall 21 of the yoke 20 by bolts 48. With this constitution, as the bolts are not screwed into the flange of the boss member, the diameter of the flange of the boss member can be reduced and the manufacture cost can be reduced. |
