PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding tool capable of enhancing a working property for inserting a specific electrical wire and a general electrical wire in each holding part of the binding tool. SOLUTION: This binding tool has a large-diameter ring general electrical wire holding part 7a, and a small-diameter ring specific electrical wire holding part 7b coaxially arranged against the general electrical wire holding part 7a. Here, the specific electrical wire holding part 7b and the general electrical wire holding part are radially bisected. The general electrical wire holding part 7a and the specific electrical wire holding part 7b at the upper half side part 7A and the lower half side part 7B are integrally connected to each other by a connecting part 7e, respectively. At least the general electrical wire holding parts 7a at the upper half side part 7A and the lower half side part 7B are locked with each other by locking parts 7c, 7d. Both the end parts of the general electrical wire holding parts 7a at the upper half side part 7A and the lower half side part 7B are provided with the locking parts 7c, 7d, respectively. One end parts of the general electrical wire holding parts 7a at the upper half side part 7A and the lower half side part 7B are openably connected to each other by a hinge part.
