PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to vote the evaluation for a prescribed object and to present the ranking of the object based on the voting result to the user. SOLUTION: In a home page storage part 41, the home page for introducing the subscribed works from a user is stored. This home page is presented in compliance with the user's request. The user presented with this home page evaluates the subscribed works and gives points for the works and transmits the points via an internet. These points are stored in a point storage part 42 and the ranking of the subscribed works is determined based on the points in a ranking determination part 44. The determination result of this ranking is reflected on the home page on which a ranking table is displayed and the result is presented in compliance with the user's request. |
