PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize flow of fuel gas for the whole catalyst and to enhance availability efficiency of the catalyst by holding the catalyst in a large diameter part formed on the way of a fuel gas-supplying passage and also providing a gas reservoir space in the case of arranging the catalyst on the way of the fuel gas-supplying passage. SOLUTION: In a gas engine, fuel gas-supplying passages 9 join the Venturi part of an intake air passage and a deodorization device 10 is provided on the way of the fuel gas-supplying passages 9. In the deodorization device 10, a catalyst 51 is held in a large diameter part 9a formed on the way of the fuel gas-supplying passage 9. Gas reservoir spaces 52 are provided on the upstream and downstream sides of the catalyst 51. In the deodorization device 10, fuel gas flowed into the large diameter part 9a of the fuel gas-supplying passages 9 is expanded in the gas reservoir space 52. Thereby, temperature is lowered and also a turbulent flow is formed and an odor component is uniformly sent into the pore parts of the whole catalyst 51. Therefore, the deodorization efficiency of the catalyst 51 is enhanced. |
