TRANSFER IMAGE RECEIVING MATERIAL FOR INK JET PRINTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the gloss and light fastness of printed matter of an ink jet printer and to apply printing even to a surface difficult to print. SOLUTION: A transfer image receiving material has the release layer 2 formed on a support layer 1, the ultraviolet cutting layer 3 containing an ultraviolet absorber formed on the release layer 2 and an image receiving layer 4 composed of glycols and having heat sealability. Printing is applied to the image receiving layer 4 by an ink jet printer using aq. ink and this printed image receiving layer is heat-sealed on a receiving material before the support layer 1 is peeled.
