PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high quality communication. SOLUTION: A multi-valued signal generation part 1 generates a multi-valued signal by waveform-shaping an input signal and providing multi-valued information for the input signal. An input disconnection detection part 2 detects the disconnection of the input signal and transmits a disconnection detection signal to the multi-valued signal generation part 1 and a signal selecting part 4. A false signal generation part 3 generates a false signal simulating a signal outputted from the multi-valued signal generation part 1. The signal selecting part 4 receives the output signal from the input disconnection detection part 2 and selects either of the multi-valued signal or the false signal. In addition a digital radio system realizing a multi-carrier system is constructed through the use of a digital radio equipment with constitution like that.
