<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management device for automatically setting the work speed so that the production schedule may be obeyed. SOLUTION: A request process time for intermittent operation calculating unit 62 calculates the request process time for intermittent operation required for the production of a work on the basis of the production schedule. A reference process time for intermittent operation calculating unit 64 calculates the reference process time for intermittent operation to be taken for the production of the work from the work condition stored in a work condition storing unit 63. When the calculated reference process time for intermittent operation is longer than the request process time for intermittent operation, the work condition of a production machine is changed from the preset work condition to the new work condition by a work condition changing unit 65 so that the reference process time for intermittent operation may be shorter than the request process time for intermittent operation.</p> |
