<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching process which can surely discharge earth and water from a cylinder which has been propelled to a buried object and which can surely seal between the buried object and the attaching part of the pipe. SOLUTION: A sheath pipe 103 is propelled underground UG by a propulsion actuator so as to reach a sewer pipe 101. A bulkhead 12 which is provided in the sheath pipe 103 is moved toward the sewer pipe 101 while earth and water are discharged through a discharge hole 12δ. The bullthead 12 having reached the sewer pipe 101 after completion of the discharge of earth and water is directly used, and a sealant is filled between the bulkhead 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the sewer pipe 101 through a filling hole 12γin the bulkhead 12. The space in the sheath pipe 103 can be sealed against sediment, underground water or the like by the sealant.</p> |
