<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platinum temperature-sensing resistor which includes leading electrodes with large adhesion strength and of which the temperature coefficient of resistance is prevented from variance. SOLUTION: A resistance pattern 4 formed of platinum film 2 is formed on an insulation substrate 1 made of alumina, etc., and leading electrodes 5a and 5b connecting with the film 2 are partly formed on the film 2, and the other part thereof is formed on the base of the substrate 1. In addition, non- formation part for the film 2 is formed between the formation part for the pattern 4 and the electrodes 5a and 5b.</p> |
