Low molecular weight diol 0.02-0.15 mole and a oxide group compound to total diol compound 1 mole are mixed in the ratio of 0.02 to 0.2 mole then this compound and diisocyanate 1.5-2.5 mole are pre-polymerized. After composing the solution of pre-polymer, the solvent is mixed therein, and employing a diamine compound and a triamine compound, isocyanate of an end having 0.65-0.98 mole of the pre-polymer is chain-grown so as to obtain the chain grown polymer of 500-4000 poise, which is an appropriate viscosity for spinning.
