1 mol of a high molecule weight diol compound is pre-polymerized in the proportion of diisocyanate compound 1.4-2.5 mol, mixing the solvent for producing a fluid of the pre-polymer of viscosity 100-1000 poise. And for 1 mol of diisocyanate compound, using 0.65 -5 mol, isocyanate is chain-grown for producing viscosity 500-5000 poise appropriate for a yarn. After that, a mono amine compound is applied 0.02-0.25 mol for 1 mol of diisocyanate compound so as to chain-stop and obtain the polymer, adding a spinning agent.
