PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain information on a desired object in a short time by providing a terminal equipment with a page on which the information is displayed when the information on the object is requested. SOLUTION: A user operates a personal computer 1 and designates the home page of a menu screen for service that the information providing device provides. When the input of a kind of address called as a URL is performed in this personal computer 1, the request of the menu screen is transferred to an IP server 5. The IP server 5 transfers the menu screen to an SP server 3 when the request is from a member. The SP server 3 transfers this menu screen to the personal computer 1 and the home page to be the menu screen of an electronic entertainment magazine, the instance, is displayed on a display. When a cursor is moved to the part where the home page exists, the URL of the corresponding home page is displayed and the access to the URL is performed by the click of a mouse.
