<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a refuse bag made of synthetic resin excellent in maintenance of sanitary state by preventing the refuse bag from being opened by animals such as dog, cat, rat, and eliminate the tackiness between the surfaces of films. SOLUTION: A film made of synthetic resin in which 0.5 to 5.0 parts by wt. of a mixture of synthetic resin such as ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and an animal repellent in relation to 100 parts of wt. of synthetic resin such as polyethylene, are blended, and which is allowed to contain an antitack agent selected from hydro-talcite powder, white carbon powder, and calcium carbonate powder, is formed into a bag-like form to obtain a refuse bag. When limonene, capsaicine or sharp pungent taste elements of mustard or horseradish, denatonium benzoate are applied as effective constituents of the animal repellent, the repellent has the effect of repelling dog, cat, rat, or the like.</p> |
