PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an equipment capable of speaking without the interruption of voice even when a computer network is congested by providing a transfer control means, a judging means and a voice compression circuit. SOLUTION: A speech signal from the microphone 11 of a hand set 5 is supplied for a converter 12. To the converter 12, a sampling clock is supplied from a clock generation circuit. A clock frequency from a circuit 20 is controlled by a controller 10. Voice from the microphone 11 is digitized by the converter 12 and the output of the converter 12 is supplied for a circuit 13. This data is compressed by the circuit 13. The compressing system of the circuit 13 is controlled by the controller 10. The output of the circuit 13 is supplied for a circuit 14. The circuit 14 communication-controls the packet, etc., of data. The output of the circuit 14 is supplied for a telephone line through a modem 15 and NCU 16 to be sent to the side of a server.
