The trigger mechanism is designed for a gas-firing pistol which is used as individual safety device in bank and railway station waiting rooms, in offices, halls and other premises. It has improved functional potentials in firing in semiautomatic and automatic mode depending on the specific situation. The mechanism is safe, reliable and has a long life operation. It consists of a hammer (11) with a machined slot in which an automatic and semiautomatic arms are engaged resting on a spring (18). The automatic arm (16) is oriented in such a way that its upper part in charged position is in contact with a thrust element (17) machined in the lower rear part of the breech (5).
