GOLDGILT METHOD & DEVICE OF A PILL

A method and apparatus for gold plating on the surface of a pill such as a cow bezoar pill was prepared. The pill was frozen and vacuum degassed below -10 deg. C in a vacuum chamber. A moisture decomposing gas and a condensed gas were frozen on the surface of the ultra-freezer holding the surface temperature to -90 deg.C- -200 deg. C, followed by plating the pill below -3 - 10-4 TORR of vacuum degree. The plating apparatus comprises a vacuum chamber(1), a rotating rack to rotate the pill(6) in a vacuum room(1a), a gold evaporating pot to plate, a vacuum degassing system(4) connected to the vacuum room(1a) and the ultra-freezer(5).
