The electromagnetic buckle structure of a seat belt is provided with a fork lever which serves to insert/extract an insertion plate into/from an insertion hole of a case and is operated by means of a solenoid, to thereby isolate the insertion plate from the case at a rapid speed. The electromagnetic buckle structure of the seat belt comprises: the case having the insertion hole into/from which the insertion plate is inserted/extracted, a plate spring attached on the one side of the interior thereof to be protruded vertically, and a switch mounted on the outside thereof; the fork lever rotatably supported on the interior of the case, having a hooker protruded to the insertion hole, and elastically supported by means of a return spring; and the solenoid connected and driven to the lower end of the fork lever and connected to input power in accordance with the switching operation of the switch of the case.
