摘要 Microprocessor(30) compares detected error rate with standard one, and when the detected error rate is less than standard one, microprocessor specifies the optimized value for each head to default, and finishes the optimized routine for a read channel. If detected error rate is better arranged more than the standard one, microprocessor(30) varies the burst level of programmable LPF and equalizer part(50), and also sets up the burst level in the lowest error rate with the optimized level. Next, microprocessor(30) compares the detected error rate with standard error rate again, if the detected error rate is more than standard one, microprocessor varies in order the LPF band width of programmable LPF and equalizer part(50), and sets up the band width in the lowest error rate with the optimized level by computing the error rate of relevant header.
