The auxiliary bowl (B), nesting in the main bowl (A), has a central drive motor access tube. The milling disc, unperforated, with a roughened upper surface, has a drive connection sleeve (6) penetrating the access tube and an upper spindle (4) entering a central bearing socket under the lid (C). Assembled on the larger bowl, the lid locates and covers the smaller. The disc's diameter is about 80% of the smaller bowl's. Items to be ground are introduced through the top aperture (23) of a chute (2) held in a guide tube (G) integral with the lid moulding. The user, aided by a push-rod (3), forces each item against the rotating disc. The milled particles, centrifugally ejected, collect in the small bowl.
