Automobile heat exchanger with permeable three-dimensional linked lattice structure

The automobile heat exchanger comprises a first enclosure (12) in which a first fluid circulates. A second fluid circulates in a second enclosure (16). The second enclosure passes through the first enclosure, the two enclosures being sealed and separated by an interfacing wall. The interface wall carries on one surface a permeable structure (22) made in the shape of a continuous three-dimensional linked lattice. This is analogous to a continuous phase of open celled foam. The permeable structure is connected to the interface made of the same material. It is made by sintering of elemental metal fibres and has a high thermal conductivity.
