METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONVERTING PERMANENT-MAGNET ENERGY INTO ROTARY MOTION

FIELD: electrical engineering; motors incorporating rotary solenoid supplied with alternating-polarity current and driven by interaction with stationary magnetic field. SUBSTANCE: novelty in method is use of permanent magnet not only for building up magnetic field aiding in converting ac energy of solenoid but also for converting its inherent energy into rotary motion of motor. Motor implementing this method is off-line environmentally friendly source of kinetic energy and is similar in design to ac motors which facilitates launching such motors in mass production. EFFECT: provision for simultaneous conversion of both ac solenoid energy and energy of permanent-magnet microcurrent into rotary motion.
