FIELD: organic chemistry; pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: compounds, namely, hydrochlorides of 2-aminoimidazoles and 2-aminothiazoles have formula $$$ where aryl substituents are in 4-position and disulfide bridge is in 5-position; X is alkyl amino group, e.g. methyl amino and $$$ is hydrogen; X is methyl amino group and $$$ is alkyl, e.g. methyl and $$$ is hydrogen; X is methyl amino group and $$$ is alkoxy group, e.g. methoxy and $$$ is hydrogen; X is methyl amino group and $$$ is ethoxy group and $$$ is hydrogen; X is methyl amino group and $$$ is halogen, e.g. chlorine and $$$ is hydrogen; X is methyl amino group and $$$ is alkoxy group, e.g. methoxy; X is ethyl amino group and $$$ is alkoxy group, e.g. methoxy and $$$ is hydrogen; X is sulfur and $$$ is alkoxy group, e.g. methoxy; X is sulfur and $$$ is halogen, e.g. fluorine and $$$ is hydrogen. Novel compounds have cytostatic and antitumor activity, they possess inhibition action to some ferments. EFFECT: improved quality. |
